As we celebrate our school’s 50th Anniversary, the Pima Elementary PTO would love to have you join us in making it a very special year for our students. We have several fun events scheduled, and we need your help!

Sock Hop- The 50th Anniversary Committee is looking for a few volunteers to help with the "Sock Hop" on Friday, Jan. 22nd.

Book Fair- The week of March 1st. We need lots of helpers during the following time slots to help the kids and teachers with their book selections. If you are available please choose a day of the week, slot or slots you would like to help with.

Monday through Friday
7:20AM - 8:00 AM
8:00 AM -10:00 AM
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Thursday March 4th is open house so we have added evening slots...
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Spring Carnival, March 27 - Pima PTO is currently seeking co-chairs and volunteers to help with the planning process in the following areas:
Food Tent
Ticket Sales
Music/Lawn Games
Carnival Games

Parent Volunteers on campus are now asked to fill out a Volunteer and/or Parent Chaperone Appication.

After you submit a form, it will be on file for the entire school year. If you decide to volunteer for an activity such as chaperoning a field trip, you can then continue with a background check at that time and do not have to fill out the application again.
